However, if an item does not perfectly meet your expectations, you have 14 days after receipt to make a return, under the following conditions:

Returned products must be:

In perfect condition, without any traces of use

Intact, unaltered and undamaged

Kept in their original packaging, with all accessories and labeling

Any damaged, incomplete or used item will not be accepted.

Return costs

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error on our part (incorrect or defective item).

Refund

If accepted, the refund will be made to your initial payment method within 5 to 7 working days .

Items not eligible for return

Promotional, limited edition or personalized items cannot be returned, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
